 To process a refund, please email with your order number, date of purchase, reason for return, and any pictures if applicable. If the return is approved, we will send you a free return label. Once you receive the label, place the item for return in a sealed package, print and affix the label to the package and place it in the mail.

 We do not offer exchanges, if you need a different size, please first return the item and place a new order. Items purchased on sale are non-refundable.
