Returns

 We understand there may be occasions where you wish to return an item. That is why we offer a 14 day return policy, so if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it, in its original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it and receive a refund.

 The refund does not include the shipping charged for sending the item(s) to you. Merchandise may not be worn, altered, or washed. All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements.

 To process a refund, please email info@jolieandjace.com with your order number, date of purchase, reason for return, and any pictures if applicable. If the return is approved, we will send you a free return label. Once you receive the label, place the item for return in a sealed package, print and affix the label to the package and place it in the mail.

 We do not offer exchanges, if you need a different size, please first return the item and place a new order. Items purchased on sale are non-refundable.
